Building has not only been a lifelong interest of Casey Forshag—it has been a passion. Casey’s foundation of construction knowledge and wisdom started two generations before him when his grandfather, John L. Crosby, started building in New Orleans in 1954. “I can remember in high school thinking, ‘Why can’t I just go build with grandpa?’” says Casey. “I grew up on construction sites and have always loved the process.”
A graduate of Louisiana State University in Construction Management, Casey is licensed in Louisiana as a Residential Contractor, Real Estate Sales Agent. He is also chairman elect of the Northshore Home builders Association.

Sally Forshag
Sally Forshag, from New Iberia, Louisiana, has had an impressive career journey. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for ten years. Known for her caring and dedicated approach, Sally excelled in the medical field.
When her three kids and the family business, Forshag Construction, needed more of her attention, Sally decided to make a change. She moved into a role at the company, taking charge of office management and helping customers with their selections. Her nursing skills, especially her eye for detail and empathy, have been a perfect match for this new role.
Sally’s outgoing and warm personality makes her a joy to work with. She brings her nurturing spirit to the construction industry, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood throughout their projects. Balancing family life and business responsibilities, Sally Forshag is a true asset to Forshag Construction.
